A hotel apartment, built with the tour builder. Entry tours like this start around ₦100,000 to ₦150,000, and larger properties quote higher (example prices, not a promise). Drag to look around.

The work you already see

You already know the businesses. The restaurant with a PDF menu. The hotel with no tour. The boutique with no page. The laundry whose price list lives in a WhatsApp status.

Businesses pay for menus, pages, catalogues, booking links, review pages, signage, photos and tours. They pay someone to set them up. This playbook is how you become that someone.

Your first client does not need a camera, an office or a website. A phone that takes a decent photo and the willingness to walk in and talk to the owner are enough for the first job.

Four pages you could sell

These are live pages, built with Venu for real businesses. The menu, the photos, the contact buttons, the tour: this is the thing you sell. Use the arrows, or open one full size.

What is inside

Twelve modules and 123 lessons, searchable, on your phone. It starts with how the business works and ends with your first paid client. In between: how to find businesses, the words to use at the door and on WhatsApp, how to price and quote, how to build a menu or a tour, how to hand it over, and how to keep the client.

The scripts are written out. The offer sheet, the audit sheet, the proposal, the invoice and the paperwork are inside. There is a toolbox too: where to find the businesses worth walking into, how to check one before you show up, and the tools the work runs on. Pay, sign in with the same email, and it opens. You can start the same day.

Why ₦35,000

Basic menu setups around you start at ₦15,000 to ₦50,000, and full setups with printed table cards or stands quote from ₦40,000 to ₦150,000. Entry tours start around ₦100,000 to ₦150,000, and larger properties quote ₦200,000 to ₦500,000. The playbook is ₦35,000, once, and it is the cheapest part of starting.

One hotel tour at the ₦150,000 example is more than four times the price of the playbook, before your costs. Two or three menu jobs cover it too. Module 8 shows how the job costs and margins work.

Thirty-five thousand is the whole risk.

Who this is not for

This is not passive income. If you will not walk into a business and talk to the owner, do not buy it. The work is the product.

If you are looking for a business you can run without leaving your room, or a guarantee before you do the work, skip this.

Who built this

I'm Jordan Ekpo. I sell these services for a living: QR menus, pages and virtual tours. I run Venu, the platform many Nigerian businesses use for them, and I shoot the tours myself. This playbook is what I do on real jobs, written down step by step. It is everything I wanted when I started.

The four live pages above are real client work. Open any of them.

This guide is for sale because the market is bigger than one person. Whichever state you are in, there are more restaurants, hotels and shops in one local government than I can visit in a year, and most of them will buy from someone who walks in and understands them. Keeping the method to myself would not win those jobs. It would just leave them to the next person.

₦35,000, once. Instant lifetime access. All sales are final. No refunds. If you cannot get in, email hey@venu.ng and we will fix your access.

The price is one payment. The examples on this page show the work, not a result: no income is promised.

Questions

Do I need a camera to start?

No. Start with QR services and business pages. Add tours when you have the money or when you can hire a photographer for a shoot.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You use tools that already exist. The playbook shows you which ones and how to use them.

Do I need a registered business?

No. You can sell your first jobs as an individual. Some hotels and corporates ask for a registered name or a registration number before they pay. If you can afford it, registering is a legitimate way to look professional and to open a business account. If money is tight, sell first and register when a job needs it.

How fast can I get a client?

It depends on how many businesses you talk to. The 30-day plan in Module 12 is built to take you through your first two samples, a 100-business list, and at least five quotes by day 21.

I do not live in Lagos. Does it still work?

Yes. The services work anywhere businesses have customers: menu QRs in any city, tours for hotels and short lets everywhere.

I have never sold anything before. Can I still do this?

Yes. The scripts are written for you word for word: the walk in, the WhatsApp message, the price question, the follow up. Selling is a skill you build by practising, and the 30 day plan gives you a reason to practise every day.

Is this get rich quick?

No. It is a service business. It works because the client pays for something they can see.

How do I get access after paying?

Pay, then sign in with the same email. You land straight in the playbook. It works on a phone.

Do I need to pay for hosting?

The Venu page itself has no monthly cost. Every tour builder account starts with two tours free; a ₦5,000 monthly pass covers twenty tours, and a ₦10,000 pass covers sixty (both have yearly options). You can also put the tour on the client's own account. Other platforms have their own pricing. Modules 1.5, 8.3 and 10.9 show how the numbers and account setups work.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Because you get full access immediately after payment, all sales are final. If you cannot get in, email hey@venu.ng and we will fix your access.

Something went wrong with my payment or access.

Email hey@venu.ng. That address is for your own access and payment problems, and we fix them. Support for the clients you sell to is your business, and the playbook teaches you how to handle it.
